Incredibly confusing valet parking options need clarification!!! A more efficient check-in process would enhance guest experience greatly!!! Also, the lack of clear signs around the premises left me bewildered.

Surprise birthday celebration bliss
From the moment we entered the W Hotel, the warmth of the staff enveloped us like a cozy blanket. Unexpectedly, they orchestrated a delightful surprise birthday celebration for my wife, which brought tears of joy. Every recommendation from concierge Sandrine was spot on, making our stay even more flavorful and vibrant.
Despite the charm, we encountered a hiccup with the valet service only operating on weekends, which was a surprise to us. It caused a bit of confusion but was ultimately manageable.

The cozy atmosphere made our stay enjoyable.
During our stay, the valet service was a significant headache. On the day we left, there was miscommunication, and we ended up waiting for half an hour for our car. The front desk staff exhibited a lack of empathy, and one even suggested I should call the senior manager myself to complain, which felt particularly dismissive and frustrating.

Exceptional Service and Great Amenities!
We enjoyed our three-night stay with great hospitality from the staff, who promptly assisted with our queries and ensured our comfort. The TBSP restaurant offered wonderful drinks, and the vibrant atmosphere made it a lovely place to unwind. Our room was spacious and luxuriously appointed, making it a perfect retreat after a day exploring the city. Just a small note for improvement would be clearer communication about amenities and services.

Had an amazing stay with friends! The state-of-the-art fitness center was perfect for squeezing in a quick workout. We enjoyed the lobby bar and the memorable cocktails. The staff was super welcoming, especially the concierge who treated us like family. Plus, we loved that we could bring our dog along to the pet-friendly areas.
One downside was that despite the awesome hotel amenities, our room's balcony had no furniture, making it hard to enjoy the view.

Upon arrival, the staff provided exceptional service, turning a potentially stressful situation into a pleasant experience. Breakfast exceeded expectations with generous portions, and the restaurant's Japanese cuisine was a highlight during our stay. However, it would have been helpful to receive clearer information about valet parking, as it was only offered on weekends. Additionally, a mysterious mishap occurred with a misplaced bag that took time to resolve, raising some peculiar concerns.
