From the moment we entered the W Hotel, the warmth of the staff enveloped us like a cozy blanket. Unexpectedly, they orchestrated a delightful surprise birthday celebration for my wife, which brought tears of joy. Every recommendation from concierge Sandrine was spot on, making our stay even more flavorful and vibrant.

Despite the charm, we encountered a hiccup with the valet service only operating on weekends, which was a surprise to us. It caused a bit of confusion but was ultimately manageable.

During our stay, the valet service was a significant headache. On the day we left, there was miscommunication, and we ended up waiting for half an hour for our car. The front desk staff exhibited a lack of empathy, and one even suggested I should call the senior manager myself to complain, which felt particularly dismissive and frustrating.

Our room was spacious and luxuriously appointed, making it a perfect retreat after a day exploring the city. Just a small note for improvement would be clearer communication about amenities and services.

Had an amazing stay with friends! The state-of-the-art fitness center was perfect for squeezing in a quick workout. We enjoyed the lobby bar and the memorable cocktails. The staff was super welcoming, especially the concierge who treated us like family. Plus, we loved that we could bring our dog along to the pet-friendly areas.

One downside was that despite the awesome hotel amenities, our room's balcony had no furniture, making it hard to enjoy the view.
